NoWhere, located in upstate New York, started as most projects do: a dream.

Established in 2019, Shannon Kirkpatrick made a place for people and businesses to flourish together. Our community has since grown to become the utopia of everyone's dreams.

The name of our community reflects in its utopian set up.

The word, utopia, comes from two Greek words: ou (not) and topos (place) - ultimately translating to NOWHERE. Even more, the Greek word eu (meaning good) can be heard in the word utopia.

NoWhere was founded on the ideas of renowned philosophers and leaders, and the most successful characteristics of previous utopias. 

Plato, Thomas More, Robert Owen, and Charles Fourier all had a part in

making NoWhere the community it is today.
